With 3 distinct cutting surfaces, the blade is adept at skinning, chopping, batoning and drawing. The sheath is configured for scout carry (horizontal) but can easily be set up for vertical or pack carry.  While not a light knife, it is a tool we wouldn’t hesitate to keep with our “oh crap” gear.
