Creamed Corn
2 cups Augason Farms Freeze-Dried Sweet Corn
2/3 cups Augason Farms Country Fresh Instant Nonfat Dry Milk
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp sugar
3 cups water
Directions: Slightly crush freeze-dried corn with the back of a spoon. Place in sauce pan with milk powder, butter, sugar, and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium. Cook 10 minutes. Make about 2 cups.

Vegetable Hash
4 Tbsp oil
1/2 cup Augason Farms Freeze-Dried Corn, rehydrated
1/2 cup Augason Farms Freeze-Dried Broccoli Florets and Stems, rehydrated
1/2 cup Augason Farms Freeze-Dried Peas, rehydrated
1 cup Augason Farms Dehydrated Potato Shreds, rehydrated
Directions: In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high hear. In a separate bowl, stir together rehydrated vegetables. Spoon the vegetable mixture into preheated skillet, stirring with a wooden spoon until golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
