Scrambled Egg Bowl
2 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 cups Augason Farms Dehydrated Potato Shreds, rehydrated
6 breakfast sausage patties, prepared
1/2 cup Augason Farms Dried Scrambled Egg Mix 
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup Augason Farms Dehydrated Red & Green Bell Pepper, rehydrated 
1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
2 teaspoons chopped onions (optional)
Directions: In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add potato shreds, fry until browned. Remove from the pan, drain excess oil using a paper towel. Crumble sausage into pan, add remaining ingredients. Cook until eggs are set. Place potatoes in a bowl, top with scrambled egg mixture. Add Augason Farms Freeze Dried Shredded Cheese for a cheesy breakfast pick-me-up!

Directions for Use
1. Remove oxygen absorber and discard.
2. Using chart, combine Dried Whole Egg Powder with warm water and mix well.
3. Cook as desired.
Can be used in baking and cooking. For example, great for use in omelets, french toast, bread, muffins, cookies, cakes and more. When using with other dry ingredients, it is not necessary to reconstitute the whole egg powder. Simply add to other dry ingredients and increase liquid requirements by necessary amount.
