The Snugpak® Basecamp Self Inflating Mat is a smaller version (2/3) of a full size mat but still provides comfort when sleeping on top of rocks or hard surfaces. When you need to lighten your load but still want comfort and a barrier between you and the cold ground beneath. It has a non-slip bottom so the mat does not slide around easily. Light and compact, it comes with its own stuff sack and repair kit.

When opening the valve, air is sucked in as the foam expands, which partially inflates the mat and only requires a couple of breaths to inflate fully.
