The Snugpak® Softie® Elite 1 WGTE sleeping bag has a built in deployable side baffle EPS (Expanda Panel System) that initially is an extra thick zip baffle and when deployed allows the sleeping bag to become wider. (The WGTE series is Weather Gear Tested Edition, products designed for, and tested in a wide range of weather conditions.) When extra room is needed simply deploy the EPS and zip it together with the zipper of the main body. The EPS provides an additional 5 inches of space. The extra space  allows for freedom of movement & temperature management when trying to keep cool.

The smallest sleeping bag in the Elite range, this lightweight and low pack size unit will fit into even the most space restricted rucksack or even tie discreetly to the outside. This Elite bag is equipped with our unique easy to deploy EPS  System and its own sturdy compression stuff sack. A layer of our exclusive Reflectatherm® metalized barrier helps to reflect heat back inside.
