Breakfast Bake
3 cups Augason Farms Buttermilk Pancake Mix 
1 1/2 cups Augason Farms Morning Moo’s Low Fat Milk Alternative, prepared
2 cups Augason Farms Freeze Dried Shredded Colby Cheese, rehydrated
1 1/2 cups Augason Farms Dehydrated Potato Shreds, rehydrated
1/3 cup fresh or dehydrated chopped onions
1/4 cup Augason Farms Dehydrated Diced Red & Green Bell Peppers
3 cups Augason Farms Dried Whole Egg Powder 
3 1/2 cups water
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
Directions: Preheat oven to 375°F. In large bowl, prepare crust by mixing pancake mix and milk. Stir until well combined. Evenly press dough into bottom of greased 9”x13” baking pan. Cover with cheese and potato shreds. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over potatoes and add cheese. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly.

Directions for Use
1. Remove oxygen absorber and discard.
2. Add Dried Scrambled Egg Mix to warm water, whisk well.
3. Cook as desired.
Product does not require refrigeration after can is opened.
