The Holosun SCS-MOS (Solar Charging Sight) is a solar charging direct attachment optic for the GLOCK MOS systems offering Holosun’s lowest profile pistol optic for use with standard-height iron sights. This unit fits on the pistol with no adapter plate needed. The SCS re-imagines Holosun’s Solar Failsafe system as a primary power source. The internal, rechargeable battery utilizes integrated solar cells and automatic brightness adjustment to make sure your battery will last as long as its shelf life.

The SCS can potentially operate indefinitely using an internal, solar-rechargeable 20,000-hour battery, meaning under even moderate exposure to bright light, you will never need to change batteries again. The SCS also includes an intensity override function which locks the optic into a high brightness mode for 30 minutes and a low power indicator which warns of low battery days before charging is needed.

Additionally, the Multi-Reticle System (MRS) displays a 32MOA Circle, a 2MOA dot, or both. The large circle can help you obtain a sight picture faster, allows for a hold-over reference, and helps to guide your eye to the 2 MOA dot. The large ring can be deactivated leaving just the 2 MOA dot for an uncluttered sight picture and increased precision.
