KA-BAR Slabby – Full Tang Machine

The KA-BAR Slabby is a re-imagining of the iconic and legendary KA-BAR USMC utility knife.  With a slightly thicker 1095 Cro-Van blade, the almost 7″ clip point blade now sports a full and exposed tang that excels as a hammer.  The contoured GFN scales are removable and large, providing even big-handed folks with adequate space. The guard has been re-designed into a more useful shape for camp or bushcrafting chores.  (Yes, you can strike Ferro from the spine.)

The US made sheath is formed from Celcon®, a synthetic copolymer with outstanding wear properties as well as a high degree of resistance to moistures, solvents and alkalis. The clever sheath design features two locks for secure retention and offers multiple carry options.

The Slabby is a beast and would be an excellent candidate for a camp/ pack/ bug-out tool.
