The Magpul PMAG Gen M3 Ranger Plate is a floorplate replacement for the 5.56×45 PMAG AR/M4 GEN M3 magazines. (The Gen M3 incorporates new material technology and manufacturing processes for enhanced strength, durability, and reliability that exceed rigorous military performance specifications.) It incorporates an integral loop similar to the original Magpul USGI Ranger Plate. When installed on the base of the magazine, the PMAG Ranger Plate provides unsurpassed speed and control during high stress, tactical magazine changes.

Designed to improve ergonomics, adding positive control while protecting against impacts. The Ranger Plate allows for sure extraction from mag pouches even while wearing gloves. Gone are the days of paracord and 100 mph tape loops.

These floor plates are installed on the base of the magazine and provides unsurpassed speed and controllability especially during high stress  magazine changes. It extends the magazine for a positive grip and protects the bottom of the magazine during ground strikes that may occur during high-speed reloads.

NOTE: This Ranger Plate is a dedicated fit for 5.56×45 AR/M4 GEN M3 PMAGs only. Will NOT fit PMAG GEN M2 MOE magazines, EMAG, PMAG 30G MagLevel, 7.62×39 PMAGS, 7.62×51 PMAGS, or any metal magazine.
