These back-up iron sights (BUIS) by Midwest Industry are a modern take on the classic iron sight system. Constructed from ordnance grade phosphate finished steel with a machined 6061-aluminum base, these iron sights will hold up to years of use and abuse and may even outlast the rifle they’re installed on.
With a low-profile and snag-free design, they are locked securely out of your way when not needed, while dual locking detent springs ensure dded reliability and crisp positioning when folded up for use.
The rear sight is windage adjustable and features an intermediate aperture for long-range precision and close-range rapid engagement The front sight post can be adjusted for elevation with the included tool.
