Are pistol braces legal?

Short answer – yes, however ATF’s current position is unclear on smooth bore firearms. During Shot Show, we are aware that ATF informed companies that they are using enforcement discretion to not pursue stabilizing brace enforcement actions. However, we recommend consulting with an attorney before making any decisions.
