RETURN POLICY
Product Returns
Thank you for shopping at Outlast Supply. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, we are here to help.
At Outlast Supply we offer a ‘satisfaction guarantee’ on all orders. We have no time limit on returns. As long as you still have your receipt and the product has not been used or opened, we will take it back. Returns received within 45 days of receipt are eligible for a refund; after 45 days, a store credit will be issued. Some items are not eligible for returns including MREs and freeze dried foods. These items are notated on the product pages.
To return an item, please email customer service at support@outlastsupply.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form which will show return address. We will need a copy of your receipt or your order number.
Please note, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Defective Product
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at support@outlastsupply.com. Most brands that we carry offer a minimum of a 1 year manufacturer warranty and we can assist working with them to honor any product defects.
