Simply stir vegetables into boiling water (toss in a bouillon cube if you want) and cook until tender. Then add your personal touch with stewed tomatoes, cooked pasta, chicken or beef, and your favorite seasonings.

Vegetable Bread
3 cups Augason Farms Honey White Bread, Scone & Roll Mix
2 cups Augason Farms Vegetable Stew Blend Mix, prepared
1 tablespoon Augason Farms Dehydrated Chopped Onions
1 teaspoon smoked paprika, optional
1 tablespoon oregano, optional
Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare bread dough as directed on can. While mixing dough, add remaining ingredients. Turn out dough onto well-greased baking sheet and shape into a round loaf. Cover and allow to rise until dough doubles in size. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 1 loaf.
Directions for Use
For Sides & Entrées:
1. Add vegetables to cold water and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to medium and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
3. Drain water and add to any recipe calling for a blend of chopped vegetables.
For Soups & Stews:
1. Stir Vegetable Medley Blend into cold water or liquid bouillon and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to medium and cook 10 to 15 minutes or until vegetables have softened, stirring occasionally.
3. Stir in desired soup or stew ingredients such as seasonings, stewed tomatoes, cooked pasta, or choice of meat.
4. Continue cooking until all ingredients are heated through and vegetables are tender.
