The KA-BAR Micarta Handle Set for Short Becker Knives provides a textured, natural and extremely durable grip. Using your knife’s existing handle hardware, installation is easy.

Linen Micarta is a type of composite material made from layers of linen fabric that are impregnated with resin and then cured under heat and pressure. It is known for its strength, durability, and resistance to moisture, making it extremely popular for applications like knife handles and other tools.

KA-BAR describes these as “green canvas Micarta”, but the ‘eyechrometer’ says they are more tan than green.  Many owners have used RIT or leather dye to get a custom look on their Micarta scales.
